3. Wildlife Tour Bookings and Cancellations
3.1 Tour Bookings
All tour bookings are subject to availability. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from Canadian Wildlife. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on a tour.
3.2 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 15-29 days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour date are non-refundable.
3.3 Tour Modifications by Canadian Wildlife
Canadian Wildlife reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule tours due to weather conditions, insufficient participants, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer participants the choice of a full refund or rescheduling for a later date.
4. Safety and Conduct
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by tour guides. Wildlife viewing will be conducted at safe and respectful distances to minimize disturbance to animals and reduce risk to participants. Canadian Wildlife reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior may endanger themselves, other participants, wildlife, or the environment.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Canadian Wildlife and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this website is the exclusive property of Canadian Wildlife.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of this website without the express written permission of Canadian Wildlife.
6. User-Generated Content
By posting photographs, reviews, or other content on our website or social media platforms, you grant Canadian Wildlife a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

Wildlife tours involve inherent risks including but not limited to encounters with wild animals, unpredictable weather, and outdoor hazards. Participants assume all risks associated with these activities and release Canadian Wildlife from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during tours.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Canadian Wildlife and its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
